Don't use Diet Pills. They are bad for you. Most of them are just a scam or they are addictive. Losing weight is easy. You just have to do the right things. remember one thing. You cant really spot reduce fat. You simply need to do a cardio exercise for fat burning and eat a good nutrition but lowfat diet.
