I'm often criticized for being straightforward. Also for jumping to conclusions.
Years ago I would defend myself - now I reflect and usually end up apologizing. After all, it doesn't matter what we do - if it's done in a manner that hurts someones feelings, we need to appologize for it and correct as best we can.

I'm frequently criticized (note the "d" at the end) for correcting people's grammatical errors.
I generally correct the criticisms as well.

the greatest minority i'm apart of...atheism.
I react by launching into a full scale religious debate...that usually drives people off.
