I'm trying to get my drivers license and have already failed 2 times.

As far as I know, you can keep taking the exam until you pass. The only thing I have ever seen is a minimum waiting period to re-take the test. The examiner can set a minimum time (up to 2 weeks) before you can re-take the exam. In reality, they don't even need to set the minimum because getting an appointment to take the test usually takes 2-3 months. You will have to repay the examination fee each time.

In Minnesota, you can fail the driving test 3 times before you have to take the writen test again. You don'y HAVE to take the classes.

two times. I had a very no longer uncomplicated woman who have been given mad at me...and that i became into incredibly according to getting it the 1st time that on the way domicile I cried because of the fact I failed. the 2nd time however, i became into waiting. and that i took the line attempt at yet another place. wish i seen that the 1st time yet now I even have my license so i do no longer care. humorous, because of the fact the 2nd place closed down, now my friends would desire to go through someplace else lol!
