Can someone please link me to some information about car accidents involving and blocking of paths.

I had a car accident where a woman pulled over to the other side of the road and then turned sharply across my path.

The insurance still hasn't been sorted after nearly 9 months.

Does anyone have any information about any previous accidents like this so I can, once and for all, prove to my lawyer that it is not my fault.

PS - don't go with Tesco insurance - their lawyers are monkeys.

Cheers guys!

IMHO, your barristers are indeed simians. It's a pretty much open-and-shut case of not respecting your right of way. If she pulled off to side of road, she's relinquishing right of way to any cars behind her, and if she's performing a U-turn she was supposed to check traffic both ways before attempting it. What does your insurance say happened, and what did the other side claim?

If I'm knowledge this proper it sounds such as you have been pulling out of a carpark to show left onto a freeway. The freeway is four lanes on either side. The two lanes of site visitors closest to you, heading the reverse means of the best way you have been turning stopped to permit you to pull out in entrance of them to show. The girl that hit you was once journeying within the third lane over (out of the four lanes that you just have been crossing in entrance of to show)? If that is the case than you're at fault. The girl that hit you had the proper of means. Even although the two lanes of site visitors have been waving you on, you continue to didn't have the proper of means. It does not subject that her brakes have been going out. I have labored as an coverage agent for the beyond nine.five years & I have visible a couple of injuries similar to this one. In they all, the man or woman that was once pulling out in entrance of site visitors to show left was once deemed at fault. Hope this is helping.
