There is no way to lose weight in a specific spot. To lose weight in the tummy you have to lose weight, period.
Take in fewer calories through diet, burn up more calories through excercise. Consult a doctor and dietician before starting any new excercise program or diet.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I wouldn't recommend you go crazy with the situps, while they do have their place in an excercise program for toning and core strength. To lose fat, you can try a diet high in protein and low in salts, sugar, and avoid snacking on anything containing "partially hydogenated oil." This is trans fat, and it is very hard to get rid of cuz this substance is not natural to the body. Combine the high protein diet with a dedicated cardio/strength regimen and in the first week you'll start noticing changes. Good cardio workouts are easy to get without a gym, go for a brisk walk, try running or jogging if you're ready to step it up, climb stairs or do a mixture of what ever you feel like, but keep your heart rate up for at least 40 mins, and try for an hour if you can. Don't push yourself to far if you're just starting out. Then lift weights. This is important in a high protien diet, because, the body needs protein to rebuild muscle, muscle eats fat, and each pound of muscle you gain equals about 300 calories extra your body burns in a day to maintain that muscle, and those calories typically come from fat. In addition, try to eat 6 times a day (meals and snacks) a day, take vitamin supplements and plenty of water.

Hi. You can start by going on a diet and eating right. For 3 weeks, try eating no red meat, cut down on the flour and just eat fruits. Do some jogging early in the morning as u wake up. Do some sit-ups an some stretching exercises. You'll be in very good shape!

Listen up because anyone with a brain is gonna tell you the same thing...spot reduction doesn't work. You can't actually run your butt off. It doesn't work like that. Just like if you tried to do a million sit ups to lose fat around your stomach. Sure, under all that fat you'll have a nice flat stomach...but only UNDER all of it. Your best bet is just doing lots of cardio and seeing what results you get.

its not possible to lose weight in or tone just one area of the body. you cant just do tons of sit ups or crunches and expect to have an amazing looking stomach. you'll be building muscle, but it will still be covered by the layer of fat that you have.
you need to do cardio. jog, run, swim, bike ride... anything to get your heart rate up and burn calories. try to do a half hour every day or at least every other day. that will help you shed the layer of fat over your abs.

There are no quick fixes for spot reduction. However you can tone the area. The best device I have found for that is the AB Slide. I do not know if they are still available. I have had mine forever, and will never give it up. Is a killer Ab toner.

Any form of exercising will artwork, if that's actually exercising. strolling can take the pounds off in case you put in the time and pass the gap. that may no longer so authentic for exercising meant to purpose a particular section, or maybe much less authentic whilst that exercising is geared up on an artwork form of state-of-the-artwork circulate - in basic terms how long will it take to grasp the type earlier you may start up making use of it to burn off the energy? probable a whilst. It relies upon on your persistence and skill. i pass to offer you the ease of the doubt through fact i might in basic terms hate to declare something that could dissuade you from gaining knowledge of abdomen dancing. Dancing is unquestionably between the flaws i've got found out that makes me happiest. in basic terms on no account ignore that abdomen dance embodies a unfold of movements, varieties and speeds - a lot of that are no longer conducive to weight-loss universal or centred. as an occasion, in case you have ever seen any arabic/egyptian video clips, there'll normally be a abdomen dancer in certainly one of them - many times a scene the place the characters pass to a nightbclub or for the duration of a marriage. In 1970's era video clips, the dancers tend to be extra voluptuous (in 1940 and 1950's, they appeared skinnier, a variety they regained contained in the 1990's). My admired grow to be Mouna Al-reported, with super piles of black hair and a abdomen often rounded in her movements. there is this classic habitual of hers the place, donning in straight forward terms a gold lame bikini the place she is composed of abdomen movements into the dance in tactics that few have. If abdomen dancing have been all that efficient to the abs, she'd might desire to have six-packs of metallic. She did no longer. and that i needed to be in basic terms like her.

depends on how fast. doing south beach diet (which eliminates processed foods) and cardio 6 days a week in addition to toning exercises will help.
otherwise, doing cardio 6 days a week for 30 minutes or more and watching what you eat will get you there.
