I don't think this anxiety, however, I think maybe the flu might have caused a chemical imbalance in you. Go and see an endocrinologist and have your thyroid tested. When hormones get out of whack, the body and mind can do strange things to you.

I don't propose cure on account that it's going to no longer resolve your trouble, most effective suppress it so it will possibly come out in an additional kind, might be in a system going down inside your frame that you're going to no longer become aware of till it's too overdue. As for anxiousness assaults, I had an acquaintance who was once within the identical trouble. I didn't support her on account that she refused support, however I have a few unusual ways to manage this. It sounds as though there aren't any large issues on your lifestyles, however I'm most effective assuming from the "undergo from assaults of anxiousness for no obvious intent" quote. It might be useful so that you can search an possibility in which you'll be able to recognition on different humans in 3rd global international locations, might be volunteering to distribute malaria alleviation or meals, even. When you are handling a truly situation, routinely those matters take the backdrop and depart you by myself. On the opposite hand, strain can mount bigger and you can uncover your self worse off, however I doubt this.

From your explanation you are definitely thinking needlessly about things which are definite signs of anxiety. If you find a great mental health professional what your feeling at the present, it's rather easy to kick.

I explained these same feelings to my family Dr. 30 yrs. ago and he was kind and smart enough to tell me to go: First Class and see a Psychiatrist. That's exactly what I did. In the space of three months I was feeling much better. Hope you feel rational and normal soon.

I do that too, I have panic attacks from anxiety. I start freaking out and crying and can't breathe, so I have to call my boyfriend to calm me down big time. Just find someone, a friend, doctor, family member, who you can tell how you feel and whats going on and have them understand you need to call them in times of need. thats how it is for me. my boyfriend understands and he explains things out so i calm down. Just try that and if all else fails, talk to a doctor for some medicine.

You'd better get checked for mononucleosis. It acts like the flu but causes just the symptoms you describe.
Anyone else notice this?
