Lots of alcohol. Casually mention it to your g/f if you have one and then ply her with lots of booze. She'll think about it more and more and get hornier with the booze. Push the point too much or get her too drunk and she'll go off the idea in a flash.
It's a delicate process but so, so, so, so, so much worth the effort. Immediately afterwards she'll have doubts about how much you value her as a g/f, so make sure you have gifts to hand, or a plan to take her somewhere nice to soothe her worries.

The problem is that most people are in a "couple" situation and want to involve a second girl. This means that what you will often get is a girl who is also part of a couple, wanting the same.
Failing that, you'd want your spouse to have a female friend who is single and open.
If you're single yourself, then it's trickier. And going out "looking for it" may not yield good results. If it's something you want to happen at some point in your life, then I'm quite sure it will. You could always advertise in papers etc, but it's really not hard for a couple of bi-females to find a male if they want to enjoy a threesome, so don't count on your door being broken down...
I guess you could go to a gay club and make friends with some bi females. :)

Well, if you are in a relationship, ask your girlfriend what her fantasies are and maybe fullfill them and then tell her what you like. Also, let her pick out the girl. I know if I got to pick I'd like it a lot more.
If you are not in a relationship, I agree with the other guy, save your money for two hookers and a plane ticket to vegas.
