BRAGIOLA: it seems fancier than it is. . .

1-2 lbs flank steak or London Broil
Package parmesan cheese- grated
6-8 slices bacon (cooked only to render fat)
Provolone cheese slices
Dry salami slices
4 hard boiled eggs
Two bottles Ragu Mushroom and Green Pepper sauce
Olive oil
Kitchen twine

Butterfly your meat and pound it as flat as you can (should make two thinner steaks). Layer w/ parmesan cheese, bacon, provolone, salami and then eggs. Roll up and tie in three places. Brown each roll (should be 2) in olive oil on all sides. Cover w/ both bottles of sauce and bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer for three hours. Slice and serve. My ever picky parents had this at Christmas and are still salivating over it!

YUM!

Yes i think I do........
It's called Pastitsio(meaning greek casserole)
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 clove of garlic (minced)
1 can (1lb.) tomatoes cut up
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni,cooked
3 tbsp. margarine or butter
1/3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
Directions:
Prheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender.Stir ocassionally. Add tomatoes, 1/2 tsp salt, the pepper and cinnamon, simmer 15 minutes. Stir in 1/4 c. cheese and the macaroni. Place into a 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish that has been lined with foil. In a medium saucepan, melt margarine, blend fourer and remaining 1/4 tsp salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, cook stirring constantly until thickens.About 5 minutes; then cool slightly. Beat eggs in one at a time, then stir in remaining 1/4 c. cheese and pour over meat mixture. This layer is the custard layer, and it puffs up nicely. Place in oven in preheated 400 degree oven, lower the temp to 375 degrees and bake 30 -40 minutes, or until the tops golden brown and a knife in the center comes out clean. Let set for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
Ok well that's it, I hope you enjoy.

Crock pot beef tips

2 pounds of beef stew
2 cans of french onion soup
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

Brown the beef stew until well browned. While this is cooking, add all the soups together in the crock pot. I use a wire wisk to mix them up well and turn the crock pot on high. Add the browned meat with the soup mixture, stir and switch to low for 8 hours. You can serve this with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes and have either a green salad or corn. Okay, now I'm hungry.

If you've got a slow cooker, you can put in chicken pieces w/ bones and top w/ a sliced onion and a bottle of bbq sauce, cover, and cook on low for about 8 hours, on high for about 4-5.

You could also toss in a pork loin roast, usually a section of a pork loin. Top it w/ a packet of italian dressing mix (dry), and a packet of chicken gravy. Add ½ cup water, cover w/ lid, and cook as above.
