You said you want me to explain reasonably so you can understand. I am usually great at that, so no worries.
Click on start located to the bottom left of your computer screen and click on Control Panel.
2 Click on " Add/Remove" and search for the program that you wish to remove. Click on it and click on Remove deside it.
If that doesn't work, try my next technique.
1 Find the program you wish to remove. Then right click on it, and select properties. Then click on the ( Find Target) button.
You will be taken to where the program is.
2 Double click the program's folder to open it ( There are usually more than one folders in the main folder) and delete everything in that folder. Keep deleting the other folders that are in there until there is no more to delete, then delete the main folder.
3 Reboot your computer.
That's it.
You have a great day.

Open the registry editor by clicking on Start > Run and then typing in regedit in the text box and then click OK.
In the registry editor, go to HKey Local Machine > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Uninstall String.
Here, look for the software u need to uninstall and on the right pane, u will find a key called Uninstallstring.
Double click on this key, copy the value data and paste the value data in Start > Run.
Follow the instructions to uninstall the software.

EDIT -
The only other thing I can suggest is to E-mail them.
There is a link in the top-right corner of their web site.
-----------------
If the uninstall program aborted, then something must have happened to the data file which contains the 'uninstall' information.
If you delete the folder for the casino program, you'll save file space, but the registry entries for the program will still be in the registry.
Assuming that the program is not a malicious one, you can try uninstalling the program by re-installing it, and then uninstalling it again.
P.S.
If that program is one of those games produced by Wild Tangent, then you should uninstall the Wild Tangent software too. (Go into Control Panel and select 'Add & Remove Programs) That is, unless you have other games which were produced by Wild Tangent currently on your computer.

Sometimes a file in a program is hidden for protection of the user and computer which if you try to delete will feel as if you may be trying to attack it. To check hidden files:
Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.
But if nothing works, just go to program files and right click the file and select delete. It's not as safe as un-installing but it gets the job done. Just check your desktop for the shortcuts or whatever you want to delete and you're done.

I need more information. What program are you trying to uninstall? This is important. If it is a spyware or adware program then I would recommend using an anti spyware program to remove it, such as Spybot or Lavasoft's Ad Aware. On the other hand, if the program you are trying to uninstall is not a malicious program (i.e. not spyware, adware, Trojan...etc.) then I would recommend using an uninstaller program, such as Your Uninstaller.
Please include details on the program you want to uninstall.
