You're really close. Depending on the way you learned, babysat could be changed to cuida a which means to take care of. Then, it should be la fiesta not mi fiesta, unless it's your birthday party of your cousins. Then if it's your cousin's party it should be de mi primo/a. If it's supposed to be your cousins plural then you don't have to change it. Otherwhys it looks good. Except icecream should be hiele crema. I hope I helped.
