No.
Then Peter proceeded to speak and said, "In truth, I see that God shows no partiality. (Acts 10:24)
God loves all human beings equally from you to me, from Pope Benedict XVI to Adolf Hitler.
Remember love and approval are very different things.
People who say that God hates these or those people do not understand basic Christianity.
There is no partiality with God. (Romans 2:11)
But from those who were reputed to be important (what they once were makes no difference to me; God shows no partiality). (Galatians 2:6)
Masters, act in the same way toward them, and stop bullying, knowing that both they and you have a Master in heaven and that with him there is no partiality. (Ephesians 6:9)
With love in Christ

You should have asked Pope John Paul about God's love after he was shot. With love like that, who needs hate. I think that God is disgusted with the Catholic Church. That's why He is allowing so many of their Churches and Schools to shut down. Too much hanky-panky going on in the Catholic Church. Cardinal Egan of NY is attempting to resign because he did some not so righteous things. The demise of the Catholic Church is being brought on by its own clergy. The pedophile priests didn't help either.

God loves us all the same. Why would he even consider loving the pope more than anyone else? Why would he love the Catholic Church more than the Protestant Church? Christians are Christians no matter what denomination.

God loves every body the same, I think.
God has enough love for everybody and never stops loving people.
The pope is important in the Catholic church, but I think God loves him just like anybody else.

Not at all in God's eyes we are all equal. Here's an example:
1st John:7-10
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him. This is love: not that we loved God, not that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice for our sins.
If you have anymore questions at all just e-mail me, and if you aren't saved then here is a way you can make sure you are. You have to say this prayer and mean it from the bottom of your heart. If you do you will have everlasting life in heaven:
Dear Lord. I know that I am a sinner. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and that you rose again in three days. I know you come first and that you are the only way to heaven. I love you Lord and want you to come into my life.
Amen
It's so simple but so few know how simple it is. So help spread the word; and if you don't attend a church anywhere then I invite you to go to a local church.
- a friend

Well God loves all of us more than we can understand. The Holy Pontif just happens to carry God's approval to act as leader of his people and preserver of the church his son Jesus began. As for the catholic church, it isnt he loves it more than you, its simply a matter of the catholic church possessing the full truth of his teachings as opposed to lesser faith groups. So of course god loves us all infinitely.

The Pope.... No. We are all equal.
The catholic church, if you mean catholic by it's greek meaning "universal". Then yes, He loves it. It is what HE planned.
I'm not meaning the Roman Catholic Church.
