Wow - lucky you have salsa left! :) It's so versatile!

It makes a fantastic topping for grilled fish or boneless/skinless chicken breasts. You can do a Mexican spin on the Italian Bruschetta and put it on top of jalapeno cheddar bread crisps for a great appetizer.

Use it to top a baked potato and add some cheese on top of it and stick it under the broiler for a bit.

Add it to some steamed veggies.... it'll dress them up!

You can also whir the salsa in a blender and make is super smooth as a sauce for grilled skirt steak, too.

The possibilities are endless! Enjoy!

How about baked potatoes with your salsa and sour cream. You could also do bruchetta with some crusty bread. Oh, better yet, my best friend puts salsa in her meat loaf in place of the tomatoes - I gotta try that myself. Good luck!

You can freeze it and use it to flavor soups or mix in with your enchilada, taco, or burrito meat next time you make some. Freeze it using an ice cube tray. Once they're frozen, put the cubes in a zip lock freezer bag and just take out as many as you need for whatever you're cooking.

It is really just a seasoned tomato paste of sorts. Freeze it in containers or baggies in sizes for use with cooking other recipes for example spaghetti sauce, soups etc. This will allow you to use it as needed and not toss it in the garbage.

You can freeze your salsa, but it does thaw a little mushy. I try not to make more than i'm going to use. Homemade is much better, but doesn't last like the store bought

Spice up macaroni and cheese with it. Or add cooked hamburger,
salsa and simmer for 15-20 minutes,
then add cooked macaroni and cheese, heat through. Yummy :0}
