How about baked potatoes with your salsa and sour cream. You could also do bruchetta with some crusty bread. Oh, better yet, my best friend puts salsa in her meat loaf in place of the tomatoes - I gotta try that myself. Good luck!

Spice up macaroni and cheese with it. Or add it to cooked hamburger,
simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add cooked macaroni and cheese, heat through. Yummy :0}

If you want to save it until later, you could get some good GLAD tuppeware, and pop it in your freezer. It'll be good for a good while after that.
Either that or put it on scrambled eggs?

Put it on a sandwich, like mustard or mayo. Mix it in with Tuna, Chicken Salad, or Salmon. If you make, or buy, pizza, you can use it on that. Of course, you can always buy more chips.
