Explain to your mom that you respect her rules, and you want to be honest with her. Tell her that you think you like this girl, and that you want to get to know her. Make a few suggestions about hanging out with her in a way that includes your mom, or at least allows her to supervise. Your mom probably has some suggestions too. See if you guys can agree on a compromise that allows you both to get to know the girl better. Maybe after you've hung out together a few times, your mom will feel more comfortable with her being your girlfriend.

Well why do you need to have a girlfriend at 13? Can't you just be friends with this girl??
What should you do? Well first keep quiet about your brother cause blood is thicker than water, dating this girl is not worth damaging the trust and relationship with your brother.
Second, mothers knows best so i suggest you respect her and not date, your too young for that anyhow.

Listen young buck, at 13 you don't need a girlfriend, try doing things like sports or hiking or biking or hanging out with your buds. Get an interest in something like cars or something you can invest your time in, girls will come later.

I hope you laugh at this one Jasmine, my love!!!!!! OK, here we have some clown that goes by the name of " KING SEX' , 13 years old, in some kind of gay gangster attire, his mommy won't let him have a girlfriend, and he wants to know what to do.Well, first, stop having sex with yourself, then clean up your room, take out the trash, do your homework, and act like a responable young man, and maybe your mother won't look at you as a child, you moron!!!

You are really too young to begin to date. Sorry. But you are.
You can still have a girlfriend. You just can't go out on a date.
16 is a reasonable age to start dating.

you are to young to have a relationship... but ont take it to bad... most grown adualts are to imature to have a relationship (good examples: most famous couple in hollywood)
just dont tell them. the things your parents dont know wont hurt them right? and if you want the girl to come over, just tell your mom she is only a friend... it isnt manditory for you to tell your poarents that you have a girlfriend

You should accept that you are 13 years old and should just focus on your studies. Wait until you get to college.

well, for one thing, there is no reason to tell on your brother! just try not to act crazy around girls! that way, when your mom sees that a nice girl asked you out, she will be OK with it!
