What does the bracelet do? It looks pretty on a wrist, that's what their designed to do. Look pretty. and the fact that a bead looks like blue eyeballs is nothing more then an illusion simply because the bead is round, and the light reflects off it, giving it an 'evil' glint. Don't worry, it's just a bracelet.

It is a superstitious talon to ward OFF the evil eye, so evil can not look upon you.It is not the evil eye, it's pretty beads with no power. Kinda like a rabbit's foot, for good luck.

I'm with the first, probibly cat's eyes marbles. The "evil eye" is a curse by a look essentially not a bead.
It desn't sound like any evil-eye ward that I've heard of.
if it were, it would only be a protective thing. Don't worry.
