Where would I start checking to find why the heater doesn't work? The Blower motor doesn't spin at all. I think it might be the switch. Is there a way to take the dash apart without breaking it?

Fuses are good.
Which relay would it be? Sorry it's not my van and I don't usually work on newer things. Give me a 20 yr old truck over a new mini van anyday

Turn your fan speed on high, #5 I believe. If it starts blowing air then your blower motor resistor is gone.Very common with the Venture vans.Dealer item.

you most likely need a blower motor resistor, this is down under the dash near the blower motor and will be attached with two screws. there should be a plug with 5 or seven wires going into it and the plug with the wiring for the blower motor will also go to this, this is a common problem with gm's. if the plug to the resistor is burnt or melted or the wires are bare in the vicinity of the pigtail you will need to replace this as well. if you take off the plug with more wires on the resistor, if you use a test light attached to a good ground, and it lights when you touch the terminal of the large red wire,(switch on or off) then you have circuit integrity to the resistor. if you test across the plug at the blower motor and there is nothing(switch on) the resistor is bad. hope this helps.

I would start at the blower motor itself, use a test light and chk for power with the heater on,if you have power on both wires then you are not getting a ground (which may be the switch) if you have power on one wire & ground on the other the motor is no good.Try hitting the motor with the switch on.If it comes to life it is the motor.Good luck

The resistor is located under the dash, right next to the blower fan motor on the passenger side.

some issues it must be at the beginning does the gauge arise if so the two the coolant is low or you have a stopped up heater middle and if the gauge maintains to be low you have a caught open thermostat. in case you have faith a clogged heater hose examine the hoses on the firewall and notice in the event that they're heat the two one in each and every of them. One warm and the different isn't plugged up heater middle have it capacity flushed a customary flush if it truly works in any respect will in simple terms be non everlasting

You should be able to pop off the dash. I had to do that with a 1993 Chevy Corsica. I think there were a few bolts holding the das on from the under side but manly you can pop it off.

Check the fuses first.

Then the relays under the hood.

Do the simplest things first.
