If your camcorder came with a USB cord you can plug your camcorder up to your computer thru the USB port. Buy some DVD-Rs and burn the video off the Hi8 tapes to the DVD. Your computer should have a DVD burning program on it. My camcorder uses those Hi8 tapes also.
