Why do so many people hate the Jews?

Honestly, everyone from every religion or culture have some problem with others outside of their religion. Here's some reasons why Jews are hated by people:

Q: DO CHRISTIANS HATE JEWS?

Many Jews today feel that because of historical atrocities committed against their people by the so-called "Christian" church, all Christians are Jew-haters. Unfortunately, not only many nominal Christians but even some real believers harbor anti- Semitic attitudes, and this only confirms the suspicion in Jewish minds. But does the New Testament allow Christians to be prejudiced in this way? Definitely not.

But Didn't the Jews Crucify Christ?
In the gospels we can see that the Jewish nation indeed had a part in crucifying the Lord. But it was the Romans that legally condemned Him and performed the physical act of nailing Him to the cross. The Jews could not have had Christ crucified had the Roman authorities not capitulated and performed the execution. Both Jews and Gentiles were involved.

But even though this act was very terrible, it was part of God's plan. The apostle Peter pointed out to the Jews that "This man was handed over to you by God's set purpose and foreknowledge..." (Acts 2:23). God was the One who sent Christ to be the atoning sacrifice for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2). All of us are guilty of the blood of Christ, for our sin sent Him to the cross.

But Hasn't God Rejected the Jews?
At this present time most Jews reject Christ as Messiah and Saviour. This is very sad. But nowhere in Scripture can we find evidence that God has given up on His chosen people -- quite the opposite, in fact. The apostle Paul makes this very clear: "Did God reject His people? By no means! ... God did not reject His people, whom He foreknew." (Romans 11:1a,2). He goes on to explain that "Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in..." (vs. 25) but that God still loves the Jews and they are part of His great plan. The book of Revelation tells us that in the end times 144,000 people from all the tribes of Israel will be sealed as servants of God (7:4) and receive special privileges in Heaven (14:3).

If we are just as guilty as the Jews of the blood of Christ, and if God still loves the Jewish people and includes them in His special plan, Christians have no excuse for anti-Semitic behaviour. Those who claim to be believers but speak harshly against God's chosen people are acting contrary to the word of Scripture. Christians are to show love and respect to the Jews, and to gladly tell them the good news about Jesus the Messiah.

In the dark ages of europ christians were not alowd to lend money to people so the only people who could make lones were the Jews. So in places where the majority of the people were christian Jews became scape goats because veryone owed them money. During the black plauge jews tended to not get sick as often due to the kosher foods they ate and the fact that they had better hygne then the christions. So the christians thought the jews were the ones makeing everyone sick. In germany durning the early 20th century people in germany used jews as a scape goat claiming genetic racial seperiority, this was because the govenment of germany needed to take control of its people to mobilise them for world conquest. The media and lituiture at the time portraed jews as being evil and bad people, rummers were spread that they ate children and drank blood. those were all tactics used by the govenment to justify their actions and to distract and control the popluation. Govenments have through out history blamed Jews for everything that is wrong with society. The jews really did nothing wrong. They helped establish a sence of justice with crimes fitting punishments as with an eye for an eye. They helped build the foundation of modern society. The jews were a part of the progressive revolation of god. With out the teachings of Moses and the other profets people would still be killing eachother left and right in the name of revenge.

It's not what you personally did.
I'm just sick and tired of hearing that there is antisemitism in my country (Hungary) and that being an arguement against anyone who doesn't like the communist old farts and young farts that suck our blood. And it is also not your fault that many countries have had to pay huge amounts of compensation money to the jews for the holocaust whereas other nations don't even get a kiss on the cheeck for having millions of victims due to communism. Also not your fault that some (many) of these commies were (are) of jewish descent and took hideous revenge on society for being outcasts for many centuries. But that would all be okay since every nation has sins but the jewish are like holy cows that are forbidden to badmouth. There are actually people that spent time in prison for their opinion. Even if their opinion was wrong the jewish is the only nation that can get people imprisoned for that in foreign countries. How weird is that?
And if there is a nation that must be loved and is forbidden to hate then of course most people are going to hate them. You know the teacher's pet kinda thing.
So the thing is that you are afraid that a complete stranger like me might hate you cause you are jewish and I would have a prejudice about you and on the other hand I'm afraid that a complete jewish stranger like you might hate me cause she thinks I might hate her and have a prejudice about me being racist.So there.

Racist pigs who hate jews are too stupid to understand wars and the greed behind them. Dumb people who hate without trying to understand and make peace are fools. Jews, Iranians, Iraqis, North Koreans and other people from troubled places in the world are victims of greedy, power driven nations, just like us in the United States. As Americans, many of us have been victims of the same types of hate as we travel around the world. What we need to do is join the peace and progressive movements like "Move On" & "Meet Up."

you get carry of it incorrect. its no longer muslims, that's human beings from palestine that detest jews. Palestine develop into an MuslimArab/ChristainArab u . s .. whilst Jews got here to Palestine, they moved the Arabs away to truly a small line strip of the country purely. Jews took over maximum folk of the country and renamed it Israel/replaced the flag to the jewish image. Til today, Arabs(palestine) and jews nonetheless combat over the land. I am a Jew-and strange I am hated by others too by my own mom for believing the Jewish Messiah Jesus, by others for sharing Jesus with others. we are the chosen people to have the Jewish scriptures which predict Jesus the Jewish messiah Isaiah 7:14 to be born a miracle and to be as the name says God with us
Isaiah 9:6 Unto us a child will be born a son given and he will be the prince of peace, the almighty God.
Isaiah 52:13-53:12 "He will be exalted, but first marred more than any man, He will be despised and rejected, and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins."

true Jewish people believe Isaiah others make new religions that teach other ways of forgiveness and salvation but they are not truely Jewish just in their heritage.

i dont think anyone hates the jews... i just think people have fun making fun of them. U can tell because when u get into the holocaust everyone gets sad and doesn't mess around anymore. I think it is just a thing... fun to make fun of.
