proactiv is good, but for some people it could be a little pricey. if you can't then i recommend st. ives apricot scrub for oily/acne prone skin, and noxema triple acting toner. don;t touch your face without washing your hands first. use both twice a day, get those wax oil-blotting pads to keep in your purse and get neutrogena in the orange soap dispenser type bottle for when you get home from school. only use products with benzoyl peroxide. also, if you don't already, then use acne fighting concealer. this won't clog your pores and will help clear it throughout the day as you wear it. DEFINATELY don't use any kind of makeup with oil in it. if you can, than try seeing a dermatologist. your regular doctor can recommend one.

Hi Im a certified product consultant. Ive been dealing with individuals like you for a long time now. First, it's natural that you have pimples. Just don't forget to wash your face twice a day and sleep before 11pm. Never use products that involves any peeling because it might treat your acne now but will give you the blemishes and dark spots when you get older. Now to treat your pimples, have you heard of "Clear Action System"? It's a specific product for acne that cleanses your skin up to the third level. It doesn't make you peel, it helps you clean your face and prevents more pimples. It helps you with your past, present and future acne. This is really good, I recommended this to all my friends and associates, they love it so much. I don't know if it is available in your place but I know how to get it here in my country. I can help you get it at the cheapest price ill teach you. just message me charmainelacdao@yahoo.com Have fun now !:)

If your acne is that severely bad, I recommend you see a doctor! With a doctor, he can prescribe your skin to an acne medication such as Accutane.. Differin.. Benzoyl Peroxide, and etc. These acne medications are strong and will help clear your zits and pimples. Otherwise, DON'T TOUCH YOUR FACE! Most of the time, acne is caused by bacteria from your fingers when you touch your face. Other than that it's just hormones. I don't think you need to use coverup because lots of teens and preteens struggle from acne and don't worry, the kids won't think any less of you! I hope this works and good luck

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I know what your feeling, my boyfriend has bad acne. He just started getting it quite bad within the past few months. Coverup will only hide it. But you would want something permanent. I would suggest trying to get your parents to take you to a dermatologist. They will percribe you a medicine and probably face wash too. It all depends on what they recomend for how well it can and will work. Also maybe if you want you can ask about this perscription acutane. It got rid of my cousins acne permanetly. Its a 3 month perscription. I hope you get it figured out! Good luck :)

Mix some pure warm honey and some almond oil. Make a 50%/50% mix, apply to face before bedtime . Leave on face for 20 minutes ,then wash off with warm wash cloth. Do this everyday ,your acne well go away within 2 weeks.P.S. don't put any makeup on your face ,because it cloggs the pores of your skin.

First you should not put on any makeup. Using concealors everyday will make your skin worse. You have to let your skin breathe and not clog up the pores with cover up.

For serious acne, you have to see a skin doctor. They are expensive but really good. For milder cases, just go through the normal skin care routine (cleanse, tone and moisturize) and use pimple cream. Be patient, you will not see instant results but your skin will get better.

Oh sweetheart you poor little thing..... I used proactive for 3 years and it really works but can get a little expensive so i took the bottle to the local supermarket to match up the ingredients as best i could...For all of you i have found a product that is as good as proactive if not better Its

JOHNSON AND JOHNSON, CLEAN AND CLEAR CONTINUOUS ANCE CONTROL

I am in austraila though however you can order it through priceline.com.au

Hope this helps.....remember touching your face makes it worse as the oil in your fingers transfers to your little face so try not to touch it.
