I can't really say. There are a lot of things you left out. How long have you been doing this. It is good for general exercise but won't do much for bulking up, or loosing weight. It isn't very benificial for your heart either. For any exercise to be of value, you need to elevate your heart rate by at least 30-35% for no less that 30 min three-four times a week.

Keep it up bro. You can't start at the top. Don't forget to try and work out variable muscle groups throughout the week. If you do not it will create muscle imbalances in your body that will lead to negative postural effects and possibly muscle strains due to hypertonicity. Good luck and keep working at it and remember you have to start somewhere.

U should be able to bench your weight. The hammer curls should be a little bit more weight too. Keep working on it.

You sound like a small guy, just keep working on getting those weights up, I can't compare myself and you due to me weighing 75lbs more than you.

Just work hard and you will improve.

For you're size you are right on target. Keep hitting the gym and eating enough and the strength will come.
