Plants in wet environments are faced with:
1. soil that isn't properly aerated -- not great for the roots
2. leaves that must have drip tips or other adaptations to shed water and not be weighed down
3. lack of nutrients in the soil due to incomplete decomposition of organic matter. Some wetland plants have evolved to trap and digest insects to make up for this nutrient lack.

I am not sure that plants experience anything at all or, at the very least, are unable to relate any such experience to humans however, plants that live in wet environments are not constrained but instead florish, else those plants would not be living there. Simple answer - there are none.
