It might be. If you didn't have any adjustments, your AGI would be the total of the income shown in box 1's of your W-2s.

The refund doesn't have anything to do with your AGI.

Your AGI is not remotely related to your tax refund. Add up all your W2's and any other income you had, that should give you your AGI.

Had you gone to any Jackson Hewitt Tax Service office nationwide we could bring up your return in a matter of minutes and give you that figure!

Add up all W2s and other income and subtract any adjustments such as Traditional IRA contributions, Student loan payments, 1/2 of self employment tax and other adjustments.

THAT will give you your Adjusted Gross Income
