It all depends on how much fatty versus dense tissue is in your breasts.

I know women who have gained a cup size or two working out, and I know women who have lost a cup size or two, and some who haven't gained or lost at all.

well...losing weight will decrease breast size a little...but if your at like a quadruple D or something, No exercise is going to help.

lift weights and strengthen your pecs the fat will turn to muscle and muscle is half the mass of fat.
