Example: I feel really annoyed when they ask me all these questions when I'm doing something but I don't yell at them but I ask them something while they're doing something and they start yelling at me. I mean they were doing the same thing I was doing yet thery start yelling at me!?!!!! >=[ Why can't I say what I want too...why am I afraid...

You are afraid of your own words, or saying the wrong thing.

You must get over this fear

That used to be me. Well, sometimes it still is me. Sometimes I let things slide and sometimes I'll speak up - it depends on the situation. You just have to get over it and learn to speak up for yourself. There's not too many people out there that will do it for you. Not that you need to go as far as yelling, but learn to speak up. I was raised thinking I'm not as important or as special as other people. But really, they're no better or worse than you or me. We get an opinion, too, and you probably won't lose a friend over it either. And if you do that person wasn't much of a friend - right?

Because you are too polite. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Develop a LOOK that will say what you want too. Like the old saying goes "If looks could kill". When you are in this situation again just look at them like they are stupid and go back to work.
Don't say a thing, "feel" the anger and frustration drain out of you so you don't hang on to it.

purely you could pick that one. you could desire to contemplate whether you notice it as a issue. in case you like openness then it would desire to finally develop right into a foul ingredient. If somebody does not talk nicely with you or is afraid to provide help to recognize, is that a logo of an truthful relationship? Why is he afraid? Is he as much as issues you does no longer approve of?

if your relationship with this person takes up so much energy than unless they are family, why put up with it?

If they are family, and you can't talk to them, either have a parent help or if its a parent, then ask your school guidance councellor to assist you.
