Im 13. Im 5'6" and i weigh 173 pounds. I walk about 1 mile 5 days a week in the morning. I also walk 2.5 miles 5 days a week at night. How much weight will i lose in 4 months ?

you could lose anywhere from 16-35lbs (its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week if you lose more - its water weight and muscle)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

If your trying to lose weight, and your only 13 years old, I would suggest making sure you diet is healthy. Don't eat a bunch of junk lean more towards fruits and veggies and meats. Also, a little advice on the exersize, once your comfortable with walking, start jogging for some of it, keep your heart rate up. Good luck and don't become discouraged, your young and you don't want to lose too much weight too quickly.
