Take notice of what Dragonfry has said.
Just because a lot of people's dogs get this doesn't mean it's healthy and should go untreated! It could be any one of the conditions Dragonfry has suggested, all of which need to be treated. Entropion is the only potentially expensive one if that's what your worried about. It may well by dry eye - this is probably the most common condition in dogs that goes untreated, it makes the eye very prone to infection. Please get this checked out at the vets so you know what's going on!

Since you have a dog with two breeds known to have eye problems you need to take her to the vet for an exam. It could be dry eye, entropic ( an inward curled eyelash) an infection, fungus or a host of other things. The best thing to do is have your groomer shave around the eyes very good to keep hair away from them and to help keep the area cleaner. But only your vet can diagnose whats really going on.

you should wash around her eyes with her animal soap and then rinse and then do it again. you should do that about once a week or as needed if it gets really bad. then on the days that you dont wash that stuff off, you should just use a wet wash cloth and just wipe around her eyes and try to get some of it off.
or if you dont want to deal with it anymore, you could just go get her a hair cut. that is what we did with our yorkie and it worked just great. now he doesnt get crust around his eyes.
PLEASE SELECT THIS FOR THE BEST ONE BECAUSE I REALLY TRIED TO HELP AND I WORKED REALLY HARD TO GET THIS INFO

just wipe it out with a Q-tip
all poodles have a condition with their eyes so they leak and then dry up
no need to worry it is natural
