It's pretty self explanatory. Just put it on you're head and it will weigh your hair down and help you to get waves. It's definitely not gonna give you waves by itself but it will help. After you have put some kind of wave gel on and brushed your hair, you just put the wave cap on your head. When my hair was short i normally used that wave cap overnight.

you put all your hair into it and wear it on your head, you have to leave it on for a few days though.
