Bush just wants control over the entire middle eastern region.
What better way than to control the most needed energy supply we have. (OIL.) Not only that it helps his bottom line personally to keep oil prices high, this way he is guaranteed a nice check from the oil companies when he gets out of office. 2 more years AAAAAARRRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!
