I am taking 60 mg once a day. It helped within a week for me and I continued to have improvement to a point, but it is not completely helping me. And I gained weight from it too. I am thinking of taking to my doctor about changing medications.

That's strange, I have been on it for quite a while and believe it comes in 30 and 60 mg. Well anyways, I am quite disappointed in it and felt it has done just about nothing to help with my depression.

It usually takes about two weeks for it to start working. Give it at least a month though to make sure it has built up enough in your system. If it still hasn't helped you, let your doctor know. You may need a different antidepressant.
