Anyone is capable of getting a six pack, but it's one of the hardest things to get, and you have to be well disciplined to accomplish it.

Crunches are important to tone your abs, but you also need to do a lot of cardio to lose the fat that is already there, and you need to go on a strict diet.

Most 13 year olds do not have the discipline required to achieve such a goal, but if you are determined enough you can.

I would suggest crunches every second day. You'll need to do around 200-300 minimum, and make sure you are doing them correctly. There are quite a bit of things you have to focus on that can easily be forgotten.

As for cardio, as soon as you wake up you should try to get about 20 or so minutes of exercise in. Since you haven't eaten in a while, your body will search for stored fat to burn off. Also, your metabolism will be steady and it will allow you to burn off more calories throughout the day. During the afternoon or evening, jogging for about 20-30 minutes, or riding a bicycle for that time should be sufficient. Approximately 15 minutes of skipping should match this, if the weather isn't too friendly or you would like to change things up. Do this about 4 or 5 days a week.

Concerning your diet, just make sure you are getting enough of each from the food groups. Don't eat as much fried foods or fast foods, and try to eat more vegetables and fruit. For someone your age, you don't need any supplements such as whey protein or creatine. As long as you are eating healthy, getting enough exercise, and toning your abs, a six pack should appear in about 8 weeks or so.

You already have stomach muscles they just aren't showing because of the layer of fat. The only way to get rid of that is through cardio so find an activity that you like, such as running, swimming, dancing around, whatever and do that. I wouldn't worry about having a six pack for a few years because you are still growing. Since you're young you should try to get your exercise through playing either inside or outside while you still are young because that's fun, because doing regular exercise can get kind of boring.

Also just try to eat healthy, eat more fruits and vegetables, and maybe eat half as much junk food as you do now, but don't get obsessed about it.

You probably won't get a six pack, but you'll get flat abs.Try this:
Lie down on a comfortable mat, and raise your legs at a 90 degree angle.
Lower them slowly and don't let them touch the ground.
Raise them up slowly, and you'll feel it in your abs.

Just make sure you keep your legs straight and close together. Try doing twenty a day, and building up from there.

You will have to do cardio to burn fat. Things like walking, running, swimming, biking....anything that will get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day. In addition you should do crunches to tone and define your ab muscles, but make sure that you're doing them correctly so that you don't injure your back or neck.

Don't worry about that, you're still young. But to reduce body fat percentage you need to eat right and get some exercise almost everyday.

i dont really know any exercises that will help but you might want to limit on what you eat. you might want to arrange a diet so you are not eating to much but you are not eating to less. you might also want to see what you are eating because you might be eating to much food that contains a lot of fat. if you like it a lot than try and have it once in a while or see if they have that food in low fat.
