i was together with this guy and things were great and like randomly he broke up with me, but whatever. so it was my birthday this week and friday night i was out with my friends and i see him at the place im at with another girl, and he knows it would get me upset but he didnt care. and then saturday i had a small get together with a couple friends and i invited him as well and i wanted to teach him how to dance and he started bitching at me bc i wanted to dance with him, and we're giong to prom together next week and he said hed only dance with me for 1 song. and all of my friends say i should just forget about him and that i dont deserve to be treated the way hes been treating me, so i dont know what to do.

Were you dropped on your head when you were a baby. This jerk is playing you like a yo-yo. He does all of these things because he knows that he can. You are going to forgive him again and again. You know that all of your friends are telling you to dump him. He isn't worth the outcome of a bottle of ex-lax. I would find somebody else to go to the prom with, or even go stag. If you go with him half of the people are going to be asking what you see in him, the other half are going to be laughing behind your back. When people see that you can stand up for yourself you will get a new level of respect and I am sure a new BF, a lot better one. One who couldn't see why you were staying together and will be real glad to see you break up because he wants to meet you.

Sorry to say this but, "Hello is anybody there?" Well for one if he's your ex how come you don't treat him as one. Especially going all over with him around and inviting him to the prom and to other places. You should move on and let him go. Don't know why you doing this to yourself but he knows how to pull your strings and he's having a good time doing it. So do the right thing and don't tell him and go to the prom with someone else. Maybe he will relaize that two can play that game. Soryy to say this but you can never change him and he need to grow up.

Forget him GIRL you shouldn't live in the past and you should forget about him he just wants to make you want him get a date hangout with him and just have fun don't live in the past live here and now so don't make him think you still want him! Just go to the dance and hang with your friends you don't need a guy to tell you what to do and hurt you when he wants to if i were you i would just leave him and not take that dance go with another guy and don't let him hold you back from your life!

Not smart of you to invite the jerk to your get together. In fact, dumb. You're friends are right that you should just forget about him, but don't allow yourself to be victimized or made a fool of. That's what he wants. Show that you can get passed all he's done and carry on with living your own life. Take a break from your friends. Be on your own, and get your life back in order.

he is telling you that he is not interested in you. For whatever the reason you are continuing letting him hurt your feelings. when he tells you that he's only gonna to dance with you once, he's letting you know that he's checking out other females. so don't get in his way.
