will i be able to lose weight if its a negative food like even if i cook it in mic and just eat as is. Like eat as much as i want all day and not count calories and maybe mix in some other veggies

The gas jokes are nice & juvenile but aside from that - - - yes a diet f strictly cabbage would cause you to lose weight but it could get really boring. The best cabbage diet that I have seen is simple; green & red cabbage, red & purple & white & yellow onions, garlic, carrots, all jumbled up either cooked or uncooked. In fact for variety you could plan a breakfast of cabbage leaves & onions & garlic fried in olive oil. A lunch of cold shredded cabbage & onions in perhaps a light vinegerette. Then for supper a hearty cabbage soup. Or flip around Lunch & Supper.

Cabbage is an excellent way to lose weight despite the nay sayers but truly should mix in other veggies - - - also leeks & rutabaga & parsnips. Yum

You must have found out that cabbage causes a lot of gas and that can be embarrassing unless you live alone and never leave the house. Seriously, any diet needs variety if you're going to lose weight. Go online to any weight loss site and get an idea of some healthy alternatives to a cabbage only diet. Good luck.

You cannot create good eating habits by choosing one food and trying to supplant it with a few extras. You really need to re-learn your lifestyle. Keep bad foods out of your house, introduce lots of healthy veggies and other foods, learn how to cook your foods healthier and exercise, exercise, exercise. You need a new life plan, not a crash diet. Otherwise you will be on a continual dieting nightmare that in the end doesn't do your body much good. Look at Dr. Phil McGraws books for changing your life. He's got it down.

Make a cabbage soup,,lots of it then freeze it,,then plan your meals around soup,,breakfast,luch and supper,,my friends did this and they were both overweight,,and this was their diet,,and lots of walking,,in a short period of time they lost major weight,,but the walking help big time,,so yes can be done,with only cabbage,,remember to get lots of sleep cuz your gonna be hungry girl,,,godd luck and go on the net for a good menu of cabbage soup,,mix it up a bit and try different versions
