Oh, there are so many! You can google each denomination and I'm sure most if not all will have an official website with their creed posted on it. I've looked up different Christian denominations that way.

Wow...that would be a long answer...
All I know is that if you are Catholic, then you think you are Christian. And if you are any other Christian religion, then you don't think Catholics are Christians.
All religions think that they are the "one true religion" and that all the others are wrong.

Suffice it to say the differences are purely cosmetic and have no real worth. Baptist think like catholics, but without the confessional and all the drag.
