No religions deserve respect.

All persons, of all religions, deserve unconditional respect and love for the simple fact that they are persons. However ideas, especially religious ones, come in all shapes and sizes: true and false, ridiculous and compelling, brilliant and commonplace, diabolical and divine. Each is evaluated in relation to the truth and accepted or rejected accordingly. Those ideas that convince by the strength of their inner consistency are embraced; those found to be untenable should be rejected. We should have respectful dialogue, in the course of which we can share with one another the truth we have discovered, or think they have discovered, in order to assist one another in the quest for truth.

Yes, but that does not mean every religious person deserves respect. They want it they need to earn it by being respectful of others religion.

Every person deserves respect. Religions are full of church buildings and church buildings are full of people. I may not agree with every religion as I don't agree with every person, but that doesn't mean I can't treat everyone with respect.

It would depend on what you would encompass by religion and respect. No, religions aren't inherently due respect. The people who believe in them, however, are due a minimal respect that should be given to all persons. Respect others is the basis of civil discourse. Disrespect is the basis of civil disturbance.

Respect is earned, not given freely. So, if they respect other religions, and people, they'll get respect in return.

So far, there are very few religions worthy of that respect. Christianity and Islam do not fall into that category.

No. People deserve respect. A lie never deserves respect. If people believe a lie you try to treat them tactfully and with respect.
If my neighbor believes drinking his own urine is good for him, I don't despise him but I will try to bring him out of his darkness into the truth.

Nothing automatically deserves respect. Respect is an earned quality.

No, I don't think so. And not every religion even deserves to be called a religion. Take Scientology for example. It's very clearly a cult, and yet some countries (including the US) still consider it a religion for taxation purposes.
