If people on earth are supposed to go to heaven or hell why is it some creations were created to live heaven, such as the angels? Why not create all humans to live in heaven in this case? Fact is in the beginning some creatures were placed in heaven to live there and some humans on earth to live there.

The law was the standard before. Since God knew no one could keep the law, he sent his son to redeem the world. Both those before and after himself have the chance at redemption if they only believe and not doubt.

When Christ died on the cross, he took on ALL sins. Past, present and future. God knows the hearts of all men (and women). For those who loved Him and believed, I'm sure they went to Heaven. For those who rejected God, I'm sure they went into eternal separation from Him (Hell).
