It's almost bathing suit season...and I do NOT feel comfortable in a swimsuit.

I'm about 5'2", 120 lbs...I'm not "fat" at all, but I've been slacking in the exercise dept. and have picked up some extra flab because of it. My stomach/love handles, upper arms, and my thighs are a bit more jiggly than I'd like them to be. I'm a bit self concious in a bathing suit to begin with, but this really has me dreading summer time.

Any one have any good workout plans/suggestions to tone up quickly and feel confident for when it's time to bust out those little summer clothes?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

If you do the same exercise, your body will get used to it and won't lose anything. You have to shock it. Uphill sprints, endurance runs. Also, it's good to lift weights that work out big parts of your body (bench press, squats). It may sound silly, but working big groups like that in your body speeds your metabolism to lose those lil flabs. You don't need to do weighted crunches unless your stomach is already toned and you're trying to add on ab muscles. Just throwing in my input on how I do it. I'd run 12-14 miles a week but that doesn't help. Gotta shock that body like I said. Do new things. And the # 1 thing is diet, eat 5-6 small meals every 3 hours and consume water, it'll give you energy which burns fat. If it's loose flab, then you'll need surgery or face the genetic facts.
