www.recipezaar.com
I love that site - all of the recipes you post are automatically put into your online cookbook, and your friends can see them.
If you upgrade to the paid membership, you can create more than one cookbook and choose whether to make it public or private.

Build your own website. Yahoo has some nice cheap services and you can run your own website. Who knows..maybe it will turn into a nice little side business for you.

You could create your own blog. I recommend www.blogspot.com. It's really fun & there are so many things you can with it. It archives all your entries, you track who visits your site, people can leave comments, your can upload photos, etc.
