and slopes alittle towards the door, so that the toilet can't be set properly,can anyone help please?

cover the floor with luan which is real thin plywood and fill the low spots under it with sub floor glue

i did mine and had same prob with floor replace the floor boards and put new 3/4 inch plywood smooth side up it will be worth the extra cost because if you just put in the new fixtures shances are you will be taking them back out to do exactly what i said hope you like the answer you may also have to have your house lifted where it is sagging or use something like shims to raise low spots and make sure u shim the tub any way so the wall side is slightly lower so water runs off outside edge bach in not a big slant very little

You really must level that floor otherwise why put in new fixtures that may not properly work if otherwise. You will encounter all kinds of problems. If floorwork isn't your expertise, get a professional. You will be so much happier with your results and in the end save money.
