I'm going to see an accupuncturist tomorrow and I'm not quite sure about this?

I found a certified accupunturist that is great. He's got his own little place and did a great job on me. Do I tip him? I tip my masseuse and others but I'm just not sure. He's worth it but is it an insult to tip someone in the medical profession?
