is it wrong to where my rosary beads around my neck. i know thats not what the purpose is. but i feel a sense of security when i have them on..and only after i have had the priest secure them with a grace of God do i where them.
why do you think so many people think that is so wrong?

and most think i use them as some stupid piece of jewelry..but they are very important to me. and i dont show them off..they are always under my clothes..and the only time someone would be able to see them is if i have my hair up and they could see the back of the chain around my neck

Technically, I think it's wrong to wear them. BUT, if they give you a sense of security and remind you of your faith in God, then what's the harm in that? ya know? As long as you aren't making a show of wearing them, I'd say go ahead and keep doing it.

Nothing wrong with this, it is pretty handy when you feel like praying the Rosary to know exactly were your beads are,just don`t exhibit them as some like to do with the cross as a fashion statement though.

It isn't wrong exactly, it's just tradition and I think kinda considered selfish if it is worn by jewlery. But honestly, I wouldn't care if I saw someone wearing rosary beads.

If you revere the beads like an idol, then yes it is
if its just decoration and nothing else, then you're fine.
