no, your as normal as the next person.
"going out with" does not mean you're bf/gf or married or owned by anyone ever...you could "go out " with someone different every day of the week and it's your right and choice..nobody elses..
age is just a number, no matter what people think or say. You can like and be friends with anyone in the world. Old or young. That doesn't mean you have to date them or any of that. just remember that and all will be fine.

I would think that a two year difference is a big deal when you are only 13. Later in life 2 years wont be mean anything

Yeah...a two year age difference doesnt mean much later in life. But there is a huge difference between 13 and 15.

Nope. Not atll. But I think the 13-year-old shoul know what she's getting herself into and doesn't let the 15-year-old take advantage of her.

It is only weird if both are not mature enough to handle it. Instead of looking at how old they are physically, and take a look at how old their maturity levels are. Make a decision whether it is weird or not based on maturity. During those ages maturity levels vary greatly.

At the age that they are yes. One is more matured than the other, and both at different stages, puberty and adolescence. Its a different thing if its 30 and 32 though, they are both in adulthood. So right now at this age, yes.
