Guru-is a teacher, not just any teacher, but a very respected mental and spiritual leader.
Mantra-is a very ancient prayers, or chants...for every occasion.
There are many web sites dedicated to mantras, as soon you type into google "mantra" you will find hundreds of them.

I think that its a word or phrase that comes from a Guru that you repeat over and over during meditation. Its supposed to bring you peace.
