find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Not do i know of. But if you cut junk food out of your diet. Soda, high calorie coffee blends, chips, donuts, and etc. You can loose a great deal of weight. Try to keep your meals per a day under 1500 calories and fat under 15g. Try walking 2 miles or more per a week on your free time. I've lost 20lbs doing this. I dont regret it.

Im a big coffee drinker too. I cut out the high calorie blends and switched over to a strong tea with no blends.. Saves me about 300 calories per a cup.
