No one or anything created God. God is eternal, this means he has no beginning or end, He always has been and always will be. When God created the universe he created the dimension of time within it. God is not confined to time and is separate from it because He created it. In our universe it is logical to assume everything has a beginning and an end. However God is not part of our universe because He created it, so He is separate from it. If I created a clay pot, would I be part of it, no. Therefore everything in the universe, all matter, laws of physics, and the dimension of time were created by God and is not part of Him nor do these things confine Him.

The universe requires a cause because it had a beginning. God, unlike the universe, had no beginning, so doesnt need a cause. In addition, Einsteins general relativity, which has much experimental support, shows that time is linked to matter and space. So time itself would have begun along with matter and space
