find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Im 15 too and trying to lose weight!! I find it fun to have "the biggest loser" with some friends. Limit yourself to 1200 calories a day with a lot of water, fruits and vegetables. Dont forget protien! Always eat a breakfast ( I usually have an orange and some lowfat yogurt) and then around lunch have a sandwich with carrots or some other veggie, around 4 or when you get home from school have an apple or a banana. And then at dinner have meat, veggies (salad) and no desert! Work out 3-4 times a week doing weight training and cardio. If you do this with your friends, you dont feel so alone and it makes you lose it fun.

Dance, turn up the radio and just do your thing for 20 minutes a day. Trust me, it'll work your abs, legs, and it's good cardio.

Or join a sport at school. I'm a sprinter on my track team, so that's a way to workout everyday after school. Jump roping for 30 minutes is great too, and easier on the knees than with running.

Regardless of what all the people, experts and diet groups say, "Diet and Exercise", is the key to weight loss. Just be real active and walk, jog, play sports, do active things. Watch your carb. and calorie intake and eat in moderation. Good luck!

Eat sensibly and ride your bike a lot. I lost about 50 pounds 3 years ago doing just that.

consistent cardio workouts, watching what you eat, and determination.
you need to stay on a regular work out routine, vs a crash and burn hard to maintain one.
try walking outside. doing different routes to keep it interesting, little tricks like parking the furthest away from the store entrance when you go out etc.

good luck!

always pick something fun otherwise you will lose focus.
joggin? swimming? stairs instead of elevator?
etc etc.
part of losing weight is to stop being lazy mentally, not just physically.
so figure something out.

NO PILLS!!
