Is an AF Nikkor lens compatible with a Nikon D80 camera?

Yes. Nikkor = Nikon.
It's a lens made by Nikon, and the AF versions will work on all Nikon (digital) SLR bodies.

Hi Brian, manual focus lenses won't meter on the D80 - they'll fit on the camera, but I wouldn't recommend using them.

Not only AF, but manual focus AI,AIS Nikkor lens too.
