I have Blue Cross Traditional plan... Any ideas ? I try to eat healthy and work out regularly but I would like the opportunity to learn more about my body and nutrition, eating better, etc. Has anyone gone to a Nutritionist? What do they charge approximately?

Thank you in advance.

I once saw a dietician because of high cholesteral. The meeting was prescribed by my doctor. Blue Cross paid for it. Depends on the plan you have.

Some plans often don't cover the sensible approaches to health, or treatments that don't involve conventional, yet harmful drugs and medicine. "The system" is tied together.
