I want to lose weight, but I don't know what foods will help, or when to eat, or how much of it to eat. I am in school from 6:45 - 2:30, so I can't bring a lunch or snack and start to eat it during class. What can I eat for breakfast, and during the evening(2:30-9:00) that will help me? I can't have a gym membership or take any diet pills, so what are some foods that I can eat that will help me to lose weight????

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

What you wanna do is definetly cut down on carbs. Breads fill u up fast, so if u eat those make sure its whole wheat too cuz thats good for you and makes you, well poo. I heard celery gets you to burn calories just from eating it. You burn more calories than you get from eating celery b/c of the chewing. Don't do the whole diet food thing, b/c if you stop eating healthy you mess up your stomach and you get diarrhea. In the morning you can eat things low in sugar but high in fiber. All that artificial crap and all those carbs blocks off the hormones that tell you ur full. That'll keep you from overeating. What i do is have tea (green tea is really good) and some toast every morning. It's quick since I don't have time. Just make sure you have breakfast everday b/c ppl who have breakfast tend to be thinner than those that skip meals. You should never eat enormous meals despite your hunger. Scatter your meals thoughout the day to keep your metabolism working all day. Lunchtime, stay away from storebought crap and pack yourself sandwiches you make, fruits, nuts, and veggies. Don't eat just salads b/c that provides you with no fat, and your brain cells live off of fat. If you bye a salad for lunch make sure it has chicken with no skin. If you ever cook the chicken yourself for lunch, never fry and cut off the white stuff on the uncooked chincken. That's pure fat. But make sure your diet is high in fiber and eat things you make at home. Also, you can go organic. That's very healthy and will keep you thin. Believe me, my best friend is an organic freak and she is healthy and thin. She eats organic pop tarts and stuff like that. So if you really are dedicated, you can pack store bought organic foods too. You just gotta find the place where they sell that. I can't help you with that, but i hope i helped you with this. ^_^
