What has satified your inner hunger? What have you found that has made you say "yes; this is it"?
For me, it has been worship. I am complete when I am worshiping.
Please be respectful.

I am 62 years of age.
I am an insignificant small Sufi.
I have studied all of the religions.
I am a fool in the eyes of many.
The most gratifying aspect of my spiritual faith lies in the understanding that "Wisdom" is the necessary tool that man needs to discover the relationship between himself and his creator (God, Allah...etc). And the knowledge that there is only one God.
I agree with you that worship is by far the medium that makes us a complete human being. When we worship, oneness is attained, and this allows God to remove much of the baggage we have accumulated over the years. A state of inner peace is derived from prayer and worship. This inner peace flows out of the heart, and becomes active in our daily life. Prayer is not a game or a parlour trick, it takes patience, certitude, determination & finally surrender. This is for me most gratifying.........

The understanding that I have everything I could possibly need here and now. Made a big change to my 'peace of mind'. And allows me to tap into joy whenever the sun shines, someone laughs, it rains, I drink coffee. I could go on, but perhaps you get the drift?

Thank you for asking. And I'm pleased you have found what you need. I think that's the greatest achievement possible.

For me, it's the notion that God loves us and all we need to do is love him (and thereby neighbor) back...that's the basics, the other stuff is nice, but I don't think necessary...live a good loving life towards each other.

Peace, Love, and Blessings,
Greenwood

Comfort. Not in material things, but in God's ability to provide me with what I need. His grace is sufficient.
