Microsoft Windows Vista has a great time limit parental control feature that lets you select when to allow access to the computer, is there such a program available for the mac?

That useless feature is probably part of the OS itself if you can figure out where it is.

As far as the OS itself, Mac OS X Tiger has some parental controls, but they're quite basic. The upcoming Mac OS X Leopard will have full featured parental controls.

As for third party software, there's some out there, but I don't know enough to tell you about them. Google search them.
